Today's feature for the ✨Star Systems✨ @umbralsoundsystem stage is a force to be reckoned with behind the decks and one of the kindest people you'll ever meet: @cyncron.don !

Cyncron is a multi-genre electronic bass artist with a decade of experience behind the decks. Known for high-energy sets that blend trap, garage, drum & bass, and deep dubstep, she guides audiences through dynamic tempos and powerful soundscapes that leave a lasting impact.

Her sound has reached international listeners on SubFM (UK), CJSW (Calgary), UMFM Re:Define Radio (Winnipeg), while her festival performances include Shambhala Music Festival, Emotion Music & Arts Festival, Uprising Fest, Valhalla Fest, Inter.Sect Music Festival, Friendzy Fest, Bass Camp, and Reign Bough Fiddle.

Actively shaping the local scene, Cyncron is involved with United Bass Kollective (UBK) and Dabbledogs, while also curating her own events, from the unique Sonic Streetcar to hosting DJ battles. With a growing catalogue of original productions, she continues to carve her own path in the bass music world—always pushing boundaries, always evolving.

Thank you so much to @leducelevator for having us at the Rock the Elevator Battle of the Bands! What a cool venue and such a fun night.

A huge thank you to @cyncron.don for all the work you put into making this event possible. Everything was so well organized and professionally run, and we really appreciated all the support you gave us throughout the night.

We’re so grateful to have placed Top 3 alongside @no.alibi_band and @rattylsnake especially among so many incredibly talented bands. It was so much fun sharing the stage and getting to play for the Leduc crowd. Hope to be back next year!

4:00 (Proverb) Cyncron @cyncron.don

Arriving from the edges of the unknown, Cyncron carries a sound that feels both otherworldly and deeply human. As a DJ and producer, she channels heavy bass and intricate rhythms into sets that move beyond entertainment—they’re transmissions, meant to shift energy and create connection on the dancefloor.

Music is a universal language, one that reaches across galaxies, cultures, and hearts. With roots in bass-driven sound, Cyncron blends atmospheric textures with raw power, pulling listeners into her orbit.

Each appearance is more than a set - it’s an invitation to step into a space where sound and movement dissolve boundaries, and where the pulse of the universe can be felt through every vibration.

For when the after-party has faded and you need to let your mind wander. 😌

We’re excited to present this ambient collection on MEMETIC Inc., featuring beautiful pieces from Alex Ridley, Cyncron, The City Gardener and Yoyu.

Yoyu opens the journey with deep, dubby drone textures that stretch into something deliciously spacious and hypnotic. Alex Ridley follows with deeply personal pieces before joining Cyncron for a first-ever collaboration that brings together their distinct approaches to atmosphere and space.

Cyncron then steps forward on her own bringing a gentle, laid-back pulse to the collection with chill beats that invite you to slow down and vibe out. Alex Ridley and The City Gardener follow up with their emotional, glitchy IDM-flavoured collaboration. And then Yoyu returns to bring us back to those familiar expansive, hypnotic textures.

Something to put on when the night is winding down.
Something to disappear into for a little while.
