Your fitness journey becomes so much more powerful when you understand your why.
Maybe you want to feel stronger, have more energy, protect your mental health, build confidence, or simply show up as the best version of yourself. Whatever it is, make it personal; because motivation won’t always be there, but your purpose will keep you moving.
And remember: you don’t have to do it alone. Surround yourself with people who inspire you, support your goals, and push you to grow. We really do become the sum of the people we spend the most time with.
Find your why. Choose your circle wisely. Keep showing up. That’s when you become unstoppable.
Also, I clearly need to read @simonsinek “Start With Why.” Has anyone read it? Is it worth it?

Did I just cook for 7 hours? Yes, yes I did. Well, I started last night with the preps and finished this morning - I really wanted to make my very first attempt at whipping up a Lebanese feast and I think, according to the empty plates, that it was a successful first! On the menu:
Hummus
Fattoush
Raheb salad
Roasted carrots with tahini glaze
Roasted cauliflower and broccoli with pomegranate and tahini glaze
Chich taouk
Batata harra
Zaatar foccacia
Mohlabilleh with strawberry-chia compote
Orange-olive oil cake and orange glaze

My absolute fav were the Zaatar foccacia, hummus, roasted Vegs and that orange olive cake , which was truly so moist!

Let me know if you want any of the recipes and happy Sunday 🤍🤍🤍

If you know me, you know I love discovering new coffee shops and even more so when they open in my home city - for many years we were quite limited with options but lately new cafes have been opening their doors for my biggest pleasure.
@thelittlebakeshop.me has recently opened, tucked away in my fav part of town, serving delicious coffees in the cutest cups (I do love a cute cup), serving delicious pastries that are as yummy as they are pretty.
What’s your favorite coffee shop ever?

A little Scandinavian breakfast moment in Paris ☕️
Tried @faunaparis for breakfast and honestly, exactly the kind of spot we love finding while exploring the city. Really good cortado, a wholesome avocado toast served on dense rye bread with labneh and generous toppings, and such genuinely lovely service.
The kind of café that makes you want to slow down for an extra hour before walking around the city again. Already planning to come back for the buns next time. 🥐

I’ve been consistently active for the last 2.5 years but I’m in a phase where I really want to achieve crazy muscle definition so I decided to add a workout a week - gently! But surely ; I walk 8-11k steps a days on the side as physical activity is great but walking is a massive + to keep on top for added benefits ranging from mental health to fat loss.
I’ve truly been into @studiofs8 these days and am always a @f45_training girlie ( am actually going 3x a week but was feeling more like pilates these days) and also discovered @orijinwellnessclub , a 1-1 Lagree class in Luxembourg which was one of the most challenging workouts I’ve done in a minute!
I love to switch it up to keep it interesting 🥰 what about you! What’s your routine looking like?
PS: am traveling this week so I guess walking and the hotel gym will have to do - and some days , nothing! It’s totally ok (and fully needed!) to rest for muscle recovery.

PS2: I’m enjoying working out in @gymshark and @hm_move sets these days but please give me your best recs ❤️

ROME, but the version without tourist traps 🍝🍷
After a lot of pasta, espresso stops, wine bars, and “let’s try this place” moments, I finally put together my personal guide to the best places to eat in Rome. Every spot in this post is somewhere I personally tried, loved, and genuinely recommend.

No overhyped tourist restaurants. No bad carbonara. No places added just because they’re trending.

Just authentic Roman trattorias, amazing pasta, hidden local gems, pizza worth the queue, the best tiramisu in Rome, and restaurants locals actually go to 🇮🇹

If you’re planning a trip to Rome, looking for where to eat in Rome, building your Italy itinerary, or searching for the best restaurants in Rome in 2026, save this post for later.

Your ultimate Rome food guide starts here 🤌🏼

Didn’t feel like spending 6€ on a flat white today 😂 I’m not saying, spending on coffee is usually my weakness but I thought, hey, whatever you make at home isn’t so bad and this mylk you just got isn’t gonna drink itself. Also since buying this electric whisk for like 4€, we became besties and I’m frappeing everything possible 😆 Also stay tuned to see how I filmed this cause no I don’t own @raybanmeta glasses
Ingredients: ☕️
2 teaspoons instant coffee
10ml hot to warm water
About 30ml mylk of choice
Ice
Agave syrup, honey or coconut sugar to taste
/
Whisk the instant coffee with the water until firm
Add mylk and if you wish your sweetener of choice
Whisk again
Add ice
Enjoy!

The pistachio lovers’ dream 💚 This cake by @the_bananadiaries is unbelievably moist, packed with rich pistachio flavor in every bite, and honestly one of those desserts you keep going back for “just one more slice.” Even better? It’s completely vegan and can easily be made gluten free too, which means everyone gets to enjoy it, whether you’re plant-based, gluten free, or simply here for something seriously delicious. 🌱✨
✨ Vegan Pistachio Cake ✨
For the cake:
• 300 g vegan buttermilk (300ml plant based milk mixed with 1tbsp cider vinegar to set aside for 5 min)
• 300 g granulated sugar
• 225 g unsalted vegan butter, melted
• 240 g dairy free yogurt
• 30 g vanilla extract
• 5 g almond extract
• 170 g shelled salted pistachios
• 315 g all-purpose flour (or gluten free 1:1 baking flour + 8 g arrowroot/cornstarch)
• 12 g baking powder
• 3 g baking soda
For the vegan pistachio cream cheese frosting:
• 113 g vegan butter
• 113 g vegan cream cheese
• 113 g pistachio butter
• 450 g powdered sugar
• 15 g vanilla extract
• 25 g crushed pistachios for decoration
Method 💚
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a cake pan with parchment paper (I used 2x 15cms molds). Blend the pistachios into a crumbly flour consistency. In a bowl, whisk together the melted vegan butter, sugar, yogurt, vanilla, and almond extract. Add the pistachio flour, flour, baking powder, and baking soda while pouring in the vegan buttermilk. Mix until just combined.
Pour into the pan and bake for around 45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before frosting.
For the frosting, whip together the vegan butter and cream cheese until smooth, then add the pistachio butter and vanilla. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until fluffy and creamy. Frost the cake and finish with crushed pistachios ✨
Soft, nutty, creamy, and SO satisfying. This one is definitely staying on repeat.

Save for your next trip to #Firenze 😍 Now it’s true that usually in Italy you can indulge in a cornetto and a cappuccino in lieu of breakfast, but after 12 (!) trips to Florence, I wanted to explore a little further- some of these places I tried for the first time and some are ones I keep going back to over and over :
1- Panificio : a very traditional bakery near Piazza Santo Spirito where you’ll find some of the best foccacias ever (I had one with zucchini flower, anchovies and straciatella…); here things are done rather simply eg: The only available coffee is American from a jug ; so don’t expect fancy vegan mylks They also have a pantry where you can buy some delicious jams, pastes and olive oil.
2- Floret Tribe @floret_tribe has two locations, one in the @luisaviaroma store on the first floor and one Via di San Niccolo that I tried for the first time ; while I love the Luisa Via Roma location, the San Niccolo one is absolutely beautiful and the menu is so fresh and clean with vegan and gluten free options ; there was so much avocado on that toast! Yum 🤤
3- @wildbunsbakery_florence is a lovely scandi bakery that offers all the Nordic buns you’ll love (cardamom, cinammon…) and also THE best sourdough bread I’ve ever had - this salmon avo sandwich speaks for itself? Also big + : they serve my beloved @sproud mylk
4- @cortese_cafe is one of my fav places where everything is vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free and literally everything I tried was insane, from their home made almond mylk, home made gelatos, the gf cornettos with grilled veggies, the raw cookies… it’s a literal heaven, trust me
5- @dittaartigianale is the first coffee shop I ever tried in Florence TEN years ago and visiting it brings a mix of nostalgia and pure love because everything (ok almost) is pretty damn good. I’ve fallen in love with their Greek frappe so much that I (my husband) got a machine to make them at home. Sooo foamy and delicious. Their breakfast options are also so yummy and served until 3pm. They have several locations across town
Which one would you try? 😍😍

In case you were wondering… I’m guilty of loving oat because it works best in coffee but frankly, it isn’t the best option nutritionally and for most, they’re not gluten free. Recently I’ve been on a pea milk spree - I find @sproud to be wonderful option but unfortunately I can’t find it everywhere. When I can, I make my own almond mylk and the taste is unmatched, especially in an iced latte 😍
Depending on your goals, tastes, and their benefits, which plant-based Mylk is your fav?

Note that barista options usually contain more seed oils that truly aren’t ideal.
