✨ A little reflection on Sunday’s first Flow event ✨

Sometimes, you have a vision in your heart, and you just have to be brave enough to bring it to life. 🤍

Sunday was one of those moments for me.

After a life dedicated to professional ballet, movement has always been a huge part of who I am. But starting a new chapter, building something of my own, and finding my place in a new community has been a journey filled with excitement, challenges, and a lot of courage.

Seeing my vision come to life through the very first Flow Pilates event was such a special feeling. 🥹🧘🏼‍♀️

A beautiful setting, amazing people, movement, laughter, wine, and so many lovely connections. It was about so much more than Pilates. It was about bringing people together, creating a space to move, connect, and simply enjoy the moment. ✨

I’m so grateful to everyone who came, supported me, and helped make this first event so memorable. A special thank you to the @restivofamilycellars for welcoming us and being part of this experience. 🥂💕

This is only the beginning of what I hope to create with Flow. More movement, more meaningful connections, more beautiful experiences, and a community that continues to grow.

A little reminder to myself, and perhaps to anyone who needs to hear it: It’s never too late to start a new chapter, follow a dream, and create something that feels truly yours. 🤍

Here’s to trusting the process, embracing the unknown, and letting things flow. ✨
