—

Through every season, God has continued to lead GEN, shaping our hearts and reminding us of what it means to walk with Him.

From gathering across nations to worship and encounter Him, each season has been part of a bigger journey, bringing us to where we are today.

And as we step into a new season, the invitation remains the same: to abide in Him. 💙

More than what we do, this is who we are and what we believe.

As we continue to grow, this remains the heart behind everything we do and the vision that guides us forward. 💙

EXCELLENCE: CHOOSING ENCOUNTER OVER ENTERTAINMENT

What a wonderful experience for us @gbibethelbandung and @bethelworship.id to serve and worship together with the @hillsong Australia team!

Back when I was studying for Uni in Sydney, I used to go to Hillsong Waterloo quite regularly. So I’ve always known that excellence is one of Hillsong's core values when it comes to ministry.

But during this visit, I could really feel that their heart isn't just about putting on a show, but truly about worship. Things said over and over again: "We don't want people coming here for Hillsong or to just watch a concert. We want them to come and worship God." Not only on but also off the stage. God is my witness.

Pastor @_jeremiah_jacob_ even surprised our local team by inviting everyone in 30 minutes early just to start worshipping. Totally off script and that was why the mic took a bit longer to work haha.. But it was such a powerful moment for all of us 🔥

Excellence is important, but sometimes, after serving so regularly, it can make us forget that all we do is an act of worship, and not just a performance. Encounter, not just Entertainment.

Thank you for being such a great example and a wonderful reminder for us all again @umissdee, @camjubb, @cyriljulient, @_jeremiah_jacob_ and team! We are blessed.

Terimakasih buat semua pelayan @gbibethelbandung yang memberikan yang terbaik ditengah segala kesibukan yang ada. May God be glorified!

A lot of people ask us how come we can meet each other? We met at Bandung , when he was invited by Mandarin Service in my church , 2010. I ever go to Singapore too, we met and had breakfast together before churching in CHC Singapore (but i forgot to take a picture at that time haha). But now he is in Sydney so its hard for me to meet him 😂 Slide 3 i met him again in Mandarin Service Christmas Celebration on 2017. and the he came in Bandung on 2019 we had lunch together. And finally after 7 years has passed , we can meet each other last Friday, when he and his team were do servicing in Praise And Worship in GBI Bethel Summarecon. So Glad to meet you again Friend! @cyriljulient . I always being blessed to listen your song and the way you lead the worship. May God use your voice to be a blessing for more people especially young generation arround the world. Keep in touch always my Friend , Cyril! see you soon❤️

Still grateful for such an amazing Sunday with Hillsong at JCC. ❤️‍🔥

It was truly a memorable experience to handle the monitor setup for the Hillsong team and see how every part worked together to serve God.

Grateful for every process, every opportunity to learn, and every moment behind the scenes. 🙌
