Today, the Safe Space Leadership Academy leaders from Hilbright Science College attended the China–Zimbabwe Commodity Expo and Job Fair, where they had the opportunity to interact with and learn from various enterprises, including Zim Adventures, 7 Rings, JAC, Matrix, Labenmon Investments, First Capital and others. This experience aligned with Safe Space Leadership Academy’s mission to develop confident, emotionally intelligent, resilient, and purpose-driven young leaders by exposing them to real-world business environments, entrepreneurship, career opportunities, and professional networking. Through engaging with different organisations, the students gained valuable insights into the world of business, innovation, and investment while developing their communication skills, confidence, curiosity, and ability to engage with professionals. The visit also encouraged them to think beyond the classroom, explore their future career paths, and recognise the importance of leadership, initiative, and informed decision-making in achieving their personal and professional goals. Safe Space Leadership Academy believes that leadership development extends beyond theory; it involves creating meaningful experiences that empower young people to discover their potential, embrace opportunities, and become responsible leaders who can contribute positively to their communities and Zimbabwe at large. #safespaceleadershipacademy #cheryzimbabwe #firstcapital #zimbabweyouth #zimadventures
