First time walking a highline over a waterfall. 🌊🤯
.
I think one of the best things you can do for yourself is keep challenging yourself — not just physically, but mentally too.
.
Step outside your comfort zone, face the fear, and work on your mind. The more you challenge yourself, the more you realize that most limits are only in your head.
.
Still a long way to go, but that’s the fun part. 🧠🔥
.
Thanks @iamlamchops for the clip 📸🙏🏼

Fear is a funny thing 😂
You can stand on a highline in the middle of the night, hundreds of feet above the ground, and feel completely calm…
then one little text can suddenly feel terrifying 😂
.
Btw : Night highlines are something else 🌙
.
Thanks @iamlamchops for the clip !!

Last week, we had 10 participants join the first ever ISA Rigger Certification at the beautiful forest and sandstone towers of Ostrov, Czechia at @womenshighlinemeeting

The participants were tested for their knowledge, skills, and attitude while rigging in various scenarios and during highline rescues. In the end, 6 participants were considered ready for the ISA Rigger Certificate, the other 4 participants learned a lot through the experience and were given feedback, encouragement and ideas for how to continue on learning and improving in their paths as riggers and highliners.

This event was particularly tough due to heavy rain and thunderstorms but participants and instructors kept the energy high and with a little bit of extra effort from everyone we were able to successfully complete the 3-day assessment.

Senior instructors: Erika Sedlacek, Roberto de Oliveira.
Trainee instructors: Faith Dickey, Anna Kuchařová, Charles Chater.

Where should we host Certifications in 2027?
If you’d like to have one near you, let us know!

Finally figured out how a 1” slackline works!!
.
First time ever trying to ride a 1” line and I gotta say… it’s hard, but doable haha
.
And this is just the beginning. I honestly didn’t even know I’d end up doing this today, but practice makes perfect! 😆🤷🏻‍♂️
.
And if this doesn’t make sense to you, it makes sense to me 😂 So do whatever makes you happy lol.

It’s amazing how people can travel halfway around the world and you end up meeting through something like highlining. Somehow, you instantly feel like you’ve known each other for years.
.
Spending time with fellow Czechs out here in the forest, setting up highlines, learning from each other, sharing stories, and brushing up on my Czech has been such a beautiful reminder of how small the world really is.
.
Moments like these are good for the soul. Being in nature, disconnecting from the noise, and surrounding yourself with genuine people is one of the best ways to reset your mind and take care of your mental health.
.
The Czech crew never disappoints! 🇨🇿
.
Much love for @sedlak.gif @dejsidimsum ❤️‍🔥
