Finally getting a hefty batch of returns ! More than half were 1987 Topps, a couple 1988 Topps and 2 modern ones (the 2005 Topps pulled over 20 years ago).

Fairly quick turnarounds with the fastest being Ryan Merritt: 8 days round trip !

Happy TTM Tuesday ! Successes No. 22-25 courtesy of Terry Kennedy, Paul Mirabella, Steve Trachsel and Jerry Browne ! Nice, hefty haul accumulated from last week’s mail. As per usual, when there’s multiple returns, their stats are posted on separate slides to view at your discretion. This TTM stuff sure gets addicting ! All were pretty quick returns except for Mr. Trachsel who arrived after 2 months (better later than never !).

Thanks again for the autos Terry, Paul, Steve and Jerry ! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Happy TTM Tuesday ! TTM Success No. 15 is courtesy of Greg A. Harris ! I add his middle initial as there is another Greg Harris who is also a pitcher; the other Greg’s middle initial is W for Wade.

On September 28, 1995, versus the Cincinnati Reds, he became the first switch pitcher in the modern era. His glove that was used in that game is currently on display at the National Hall of Fame.

Thanks again for the auto Greg ! 🙏🏼

Happy TTM Tuesday ! 5th TTM Success courtesy of 2004 World Series Champion with the Boston Red Sox: Bill Mueller ! His individual achievements (‘03 Silver Slugger & AL Batting Champion) came during his time with them and was part of the team that broke the 86-year old Curse of the Bambino.

It was a very exciting and impressive postseason journey that culminated in a WS sweep against the St. Louis Cardinals. After the 2005 season, he signed with my LA Dodgers for one season which would be his last; a year after retirement he became a hitting coach for them as well.

Thanks again for the auto Bill !

Happy Sunday ! We have reached the end of the week and also the end of this mini wax rip series ! We conclude with a dual wax rip of 2015 Leaf Heroes of Baseball 🦸‍♂️⚾️ I rarely if at all get unlicensed stuff but with 5 cards per pack for almost nothing, I had to check this set out.

Really cool black & white design on the older legends to give that vintage look and the pictures are very clear and smooth. Really fun to get guaranteed HOFers even though it’s more fun for me to pull them at random as in my other packs. From both packs, the only baseball heroes that are still alive are Carlton Fisk, Eddie Murray & Jim Rice (all in color). Thanks for watching 🙏🏼

Happy Opening Day 2025 ! For our 3rd pack we got a personal childhood set: 2006 Topps Series 1 - Hobby Edition ! This one came out during the peak of my early collecting years and just like Upper Deck, very consistent and sharp designs like its previous year’s 2005 Topps set. Pretty awesome pairing of Yankees cards with the team card and a cool Own The Game of former captain and HOFer Derek Jeter, one of my favorites growing up. Always nice to revisit stuff that makes me nostalgic. Thanks for watching 🙏🏼
