Dear @veniceball , I can still remember the first time I came out there and played. Nobody cared about having a jersey on or if there was a big crowd. All we cared about was representing something new. Something we knew would be around for years to come and I wanted to be a part of that. I wanted to be apart of you! Fast forward to now after playing my final game and I still feel the same way. Don’t get me wrong now. It was an honor to have @newbalancebasketball as the Sponsor this season. It was amazing to have @drinkplezi back to keep us hydrated with the best sports drink there is. And I will always truly be grateful for @iamwithevanlovett and @lainaminute for believing in my team and brand by sponsoring us this summer. And the fans..there wouldn’t be no VBL without the fans. But I still felt like that same guy back in 2006 when I didn’t have a jersey on and there was no big crowd because I just loved being here…I LOVED REPRESENTING VENICE BALL! And no matter how big you got I never changed the way I felt. It’s sad for me to say this was my final summer. I never imagined leaving you but I know if I don’t leave now I wouldn’t never leave. So with that being said it’s my time! The memories, the highlights, the awards mean everything but the love, the respect, the people I met here that became friends and family that is what will always have a special place in my heart. Most of all I was accepted for being just me. The good the bad and the crash out 🤣 you loved and accepted me for who I am and that is why I love you so much! Thank you to all my VBL family. I will always love and appreciate you all. Thank you to my Coach and teammates for rocking with me. I don’t come back without yall, I don’t have fun without yall, I DONT BECOME A CHAMP WITHOUT YALL! Thank you and love yall! From shirts versus skins. 1 of the best defenders in the league. 1 of the top shooters in the league. Ron Beals recipient. Steals champ. Even named the most steals award after me (make sure you have me back every summer to give out that award). And to end it all….Hall Of Fame. My time is done. It’s been fun rocking in the sun. It’s My Moment…AND IM OUT!!!

🚨 ATTENTION ALL LA DJs🚨 We’re launching @exposure_exchange , a weekly warehouse party at @somestudioinla How it works: • Every Saturday, Sunday, or alternating weekends (still locking in the schedule 😅) • Invite only with a limited guest list • In the video above, we somehow managed to pack 400 people into the studio. Safe to say I found its limits 😂. That’s exactly why these events will be invite only with a limited guest list. • Didn’t make the guest list? No worries. The entire event will be live streamed! • The stream will be produced by the @somecompanyinc team with multiple camera angles, a full production lighting setup, live interviews, and viewer giveaways throughout the show. • Our mission is simple: give talented up and coming LA DJs and artists a platform to be seen and heard. Some of the best artists never get the recognition they deserve because they’re buried in the noise of social media. We believe attention is today’s currency, and every artist deserves a chance to earn it. So we built the stage. Now we’re looking for DJs who are ready to put on a show, build their audience, and be part of a community that’s focused on elevating local talent, not competing against it. If you’re interested in performing or know someone who should be, drop a 🎧 in the comments or send us a DM. Let’s put Los Angeles talent where it belongs: in the spotlight. #exposureexchange #somestudio #somecompany #ladj

They see the glory now, but they missed the dedication. Every loss became a lesson, every setback motivation #explore #losangeles #veniceball #elvinrodriguez
