Now that the dust has settled, I need to take a second to thank my man for everything he does for me. I know I can be a pain in the ass sometimes, but somehow he always knows how to handle me and my ✨occasional ✨crash outs. Whether I need someone to talk some sense into me, remind me of what I’m capable of, or just let me have my moment, he’s always there.

I genuinely don’t think I could ever put into words how much this man means to me or how grateful I am to have him by my side. Everything I do, every goal I chase, every crazy dream I have, he’s right there with me. Not just cheering me on, but putting in the work alongside me. Because at the end of the day, we are a team. My goals are his goals, his goals are mine, and every win is our win. Thank you for handling me in every way that I need. There are days when I’m overwhelmed and you always know exactly what I need. You somehow manage to ease my insane ODC thoughts. Thank you for everything you do.

I hope you know that I want to be everything you are for me, for you. I want to support your dreams just as much as you support mine. I want to be the person you can lean on when life gets hard. I want to be the one who reminds you of what you’re capable of when you forget. I can’t wait for you to prep and I’ll be there screaming for you like you were for me. One of my greatest weekends ever. Every single person I met has had some kind of impact on my journey, both inside and outside the gym and bodybuilding aspect.

Social media might portray the gym and bodybuilding as a very harsh and judgmental space but it was all of ours first day in the gym one day. We all started somewhere with a shared goal: IMPROVEMENT. This community brings people together from all over the world who share the same passion and just 2 years ago I would have never imagined to have competed in bodybuilding myself let alone watch the best of the best fight for #1 in person. Still trying to find the words to explain this experience, all I’ll say tho is that one day I’ll be on that 🅾️lympia stage whether it takes 3 years or 10 years
