October 14th was my little boy Jihad’s birthday, but we couldn’t celebrate it. I was suddenly hospitalized due to a severe health emergency. Please, help us support Jihad during this difficult time. Anything you can give or share means the world to us. The link is in my bio 🙏🏻🤍

Sicily as always you stole our hearts. Booking for July 2027 is on early bird until end of the month.

This retreat is an opportunity to shift your meaning making, to author your story with more clarity, to get into dialogue with your own spirit.

Through Katonah Yoga®, mythic exploration, embodied practice, ritual, movement, storytelling, extraordinary food, and the wild beauty of Sicily, we create the conditions for something that’s increasingly rare:

Space.
Space to listen.
Space to remember.
Space to meet the woman you’ve been becoming beneath all the roles, expectations, and obligations.

Women leave these retreats with different outward changes.

Some make courageous decisions.
Some begin creating again.
Some stop people pleasing.
Some finally speak truths they’ve carried for years.

This land is so special and this is something you’ll carry for decades 🥀🖤

We’re staying in a private villa this year that I had the pleasure of staying at with Retreats by Luna in 2024. Can’t wait to be back ❤️

Summer has arrived…
The tent that shivered from the winter cold now burns from the scorching sun…
Since morning, we've been undertaking a complete cleanup, lifting the blankets, securing the tarpaulins, and trying to create a small shade to protect us from the blazing heat…
We planted some mint and a few simple trees around our tent, not because life is beautiful… but because we're trying to convince ourselves that hope still exists.

We endure exhaustion, fear, heat, and hunger…
And despite everything, we will keep smiling…
Because a smile is the only thing war couldn't take from us. 💔

حسيت بغصه بقلبي لانه لزم الطفلة هادي تكون بالمدرسة وتمارس طفولته ولكن العالم هادي ظاالم اللعنة علي هذا الكوكب
Hey my friends, this little girl I found at the door of my tent early in the morning. I wanted to buy mint from him to drink a cup of tea. She sells mint to help her parents bring food and water. Her name is Maryam. She is a little girl, but she hasA very innocent heart. I loved it because it is strong, but the world is silent about this injustice. This girl has the right to study, play and have fun, but here she is selling mint to help her father bring flour and milk so that they can stay alive. I was affected.💔🩸😓#palestine #فلسطين #fckisrael #https ##gym
