I had the privilege of working with @d.scott32 this NFL offseason. Daniel came to me with a history of previous injuries, so our work has never been about simply making him stronger.

We’ve been working on connecting his entire body so that it can function as one efficient system.

For an elite athlete, strength is only part of the equation. The body needs to know how to organize, stabilize, move, and transfer force efficiently.

That’s where high-level Pilates can make a difference.

These exercises challenge Daniel to control his body through different planes of movement, integrate his core with his extremities, and develop strength while maintaining precision and connection.

The goal isn’t just to perform a difficult exercise.
The goal is to create a body that moves efficiently, adapts to demands, and performs as a whole. 💪🙌

Off-season recovery, done right.

Pro athlete Daniel Scott’s protocol at Culture OC: full body red light therapy for muscle recovery and inflammation, BrainTap for nervous system reset, and hyperbaric oxygen for cellular repair.

Same tools elite athletes use to recover faster, now available in Newport Beach. Book your Vitality Reset session, link in bio.

To the Colts organization THANK YOU! for the opportunity of a lifetime to spend the last several years growing personally and professionally with a group of individuals that’s all working together to achieve common goals. The experiences, challenges, and relationships formed during this time have been amazing, shaped me in meaningful ways. I do not know where the future may lead, but its a lot of unfinished business #ColtsNation has a special place in my heart. I’m overly confident in the direction of my life and grateful that it is guided by faith and placed in God’s hands. The story is still being written, to be continued 🤞🏾
