In June, Kevin and I visited Omaha Beach in Normandy where we learned about the incredible Bedford Boys that lost their lives in WW2. So this month we were able to visit our National Monument for D-Day which happens to be mere miles from Lynchburg. What a wonderful experience!

I don’t even know where to start with this semester. I’ve been so blessed by so many wonderful friendships, new and old. If you had told me in January that this is where I’d be at the end of this semester, I probably wouldn’t believe you. I’m eternally grateful for every person that I’ve gotten closer with this semester. The Lord is surely at work in my life. It’s plain to see.

Psalm 63

You, God, are my God,
earnestly I seek you;
I thirst for you,

in a dry and parched land
where there is no water.
I have seen you in the sanctuary
and beheld your power and your glory.
