Over the past few weeks, these three have been starting their week off strong with contrast training.

But what is contrast training?

Heavy lifts prime your nervous system so your plyos explode with maximum speed and rate of force production.

Put simply, a powerful athlete is a better athlete.

If you want to train at an elite level. Book with me using the link in my bio.

- Primer 2: Seated Vertical Jump- 2x3
- Core 1: Back Squat- 425, 3x4
- Core 2: RDL- 335, 3x6-8
- Accessory 1: Band Seated SL Extensions- 3x15ea

🚨Big Squat Monday🚨

Today marked Day 1 of Testing Week here at D1 East Cooper with the 6:30 AM Adult Elite class setting the bar high for the rest of the week!

Back Squats PRs:
-Dan: 225x3 (Previous 225x1 ~ 10% increase)
-Jen: 95x4 (Previous 80x1 ~ 35% increase)
- Michael: 225x3

These three have attacked their day consistently every morning at 6:30AM. Their hard work and dedication showed up today on the max squat. Congrats to these three killing one of the hardest lifts this week.

Iron sharpens iron.

Everyone wants the spotlight. Few fall in love with the process.
The early mornings. The extra rep. The discipline to keep showing up when no one is watching.
That’s where character is built.
That’s where leaders are made.
For Emilio, training isn’t just about becoming a better player—it’s about becoming the kind of person others can look up to.
Because greatness isn’t found under the lights. It’s built long before they turn on.
This is Becoming.
