🧠 MENTAL HEALTH MONDAYS 🤍

This week, we’re swiping to hear from PacWest student-athletes as they share what mental health means to them. 🫶

From the court to everyday life, mental health plays an important role in how we show up, grow, and support ourselves and others. Thank you to Kendall Oda (Hawai'i Hilo Women’s Basketball) and Levi Markus (Jessup Men’s Volleyball) for sharing their perspectives!

Remember, mental health matters both on and off the court. Take care of yourself, support your teammates, and never be afraid to speak up. 🤍

Check in. Speak up. Be a voice. 🧠

The names on the team sheet change. The brotherhood never does.

Once a Golden Eagle. Always a brother.

To the men who wore this crest before us — this is still YOUR home.

We’re calling ALL Men’s Soccer alumni back to The Nest. Come reconnect, relive the memories, and show the next generation what this brotherhood means.

Tomorrow 6:15 in our nest

It’s Officials Appreciation Week! 🏁

Officials play a crucial role in the student-athlete experience and help make competition possible. This week, we’re encouraging our PacWest teams to take a moment to recognize and thank the fall officials who make game day happen! 👏

Tag your team and show your appreciation! #OfficialsAppreciationWeek #PacWestSAAC

🧠 MENTAL HEALTH MONDAYS ARE HERE! 🤍

October is Mental Health Awareness Month, and PacWest SAAC is putting a special focus on the mental health and well-being of our student-athletes.

Throughout the month, Mental Health Mondays will be a space to pause, connect, and prioritize our mental well-being. Each Monday may bring something different — tips, ideas, encouragement, quotes from student-athletes, and more!

This week’s Tip of the Week: Check in with yourself. Before asking, “How am I doing in school?” or “How am I doing in my sport?” take a moment to check in with YOU. Your mental health matters. 🫶

Check in. Speak up. Be a voice. 💙
