✨Meet Cindy, guest dancer✨

Cindy (she/her)

Cycle-breaker.
Recovering golden child learning to redefine myself beyond the expectations that once shaped me.
As an ethnically mixed descendent of Peruvian ancestors and Utah pioneers, I often feel the tension of standing at the crossroads between two vastly different histories and bloodlines.

I am newly embracing my queer identity, and reclaiming my mind, body, and life from the aftermath of patriarchal conditioning.

My deconstruction did not end after leaving my childhood religion; it continues as I question the many systems that separate us from our authentic spark and humanity.

I’m proud to be part of a production that returns us to something more rooted and real.

The intention behind all I do is to share the expansion one feels in their soul when they dare to live beyond compulsory expectations.

Awesome in frame: @d3sleal

Yes, another of Cindy.

December, 2020.

I've been going through past work while doing some digital organizing. I see some of these photos from awhile back and get squirrelled, lol.

All of the photos from this session were with the intention the old Hollywood glamour vibe and black and white, which is what I did. But the color edits work amazing, too. And Cindy throws out the Hollywood glam diva like a champ.

PART 1 | Canon T7

Thank you so much to @ascensionaerialartists for this!

I was so nervous because I haven’t done photography for a few months and my anxiety was getting the best of me. Being able to mix my two favorite hobbies (aerial and photography) is always amazing.

I tagged a few of the people photographed but Instagram didn’t allow me to tag all, if you want to be tagged please let me know so we can work it out 🫶🏼

Had a great time road tripping for a day with Cindy to make some photos. We had rain, we had sun, we had clouds, and we had wind. You know, typical Utah spring. But we also had a great visit, and Cindy made some amazing photos.

A throwback to an old Hollywood glamour vibe. And Cindy, here, looks just like she's visiting us from another era :)

Had a blast playing @kyswen_music benefit concert. What a great turn out! And they even surpassed their goal for their missed paychecks and medical bills.

Also a reminder we’re playing the @bntflfarmersmarket on Aug 4th. So mark your calendars! And get ready for a fun night of hits.
