Ivan found out the hard way so you don’t have to.

A little olive oil over your strapping tape kills the glue and makes it painless to take off. Thanks, Craig.

Wrist, Done Right. 💪

When your wrists are under stress, the right taping technique matters.

Start with d3 Foam Underwrap to create a protective layer against the skin, helping minimise friction and irritation.

Follow with d3 ASTX Strapping Tape. Its strong, non-stretch construction is designed to provide firm support to joints during high-stress activity.

Two products. One supportive setup.

Foam underwrap 101 🩷

What it is: a soft, stretchy wrap.
What it's for: a soft layer between your skin and your tape, handy if you've got sensitive skin.
How to use it: wrap the area first, then tape over the top.

Bonus uses: it helps keep shin guards and ice packs in place. Tayla also uses hers as a hair tie and a headband.

Save this for your next taping session 📌

When Daniel first came to us, he already knew d3.

He’d competed on the international stage, represented New Zealand at the Commonwealth Games, and had one very clear goal ahead of him: the 2028 Olympic Games.

But a goal like that is built in the hours most people never see.
The training. The repetition. The preparation. Doing the same skills again and again until they’re just right.

And somewhere in between all of that… a LOT of d3 Rigid Tape.

Wrists taped. Ankles taped. Then straight back to training.

When you’re putting your body under that kind of load, support matters.

d3 Rigid Tape gives Daniel the support he relies on through training. The work, though, is all his.

We’re just proud to play a small part in the journey towards something much bigger.

Yes, we make tape. But that's just the beginning 👀

Cold spray. Grip spray. Rehab wax. Sport rub. Ice packs. Mouthguards. Straps. The full d³ lineup, built to keep you moving.

Which one do you need in your kit bag?

Hey hey hey... wait a minute
Most people think "tape is tape". It's not 👀

Kinesiology moves with your muscles. Rigid tape doesn't move at all. Cohesive locks in compression. Light EAB flexes where you need range.

Four different jobs, one athlete, zero guesswork.

Elbow hyperextension is a common issue for athletes in contact sports and anyone training under heavy load and it can quietly increase your injury risk over time.

Block strapping is one way we help manage this. It restricts the joint from moving past its safe range, giving it extra support during high-intensity activity.

But taping alone won't fix the problem. Think of it as a support tool, not a solution.

Long-term, it works best paired with physiotherapy, targeted rehab, and strength training that addresses what's causing the hyperextension in the first place, so you can get back to sport safely.
