Embracing Analog

As digital photography continues to advance and dominate, the enduring charm of film cameras remains a vital part of the artistic style in the town of San Marcos. The portraits I’ve captured of my friends using a film camera (Pentax K1000) evoke a sense of nostalgia and clarity, allowing each moment to resonate with authenticity. By celebrating the art of film through these portraits, we not only honor its legacy but also ensure its continued relevance, encouraging future generations to explore the beauty in imperfection and the stories embedded within each frame.

Thank you everyone for being part of my project.
