BABOUSHKA BIRTHDAY! BABOUSHKA turns 2 years old TODAY! Anna (@annameerson) from BABOUSHKA here - I wanted to say a humongous thank you for the love, thank you for the trust, thank you for the opportunities, thank you for the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with handling an independent small business - just thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! It’s crazy how many adventures we’ve been on in the space of only 2 years - BABOUSHKA, as a catering service, is a project I started because I was passionate about food, creativity and community after finishing my masters in architecture in 2022. It’s overwhelming in the best possible way to start a project like this and trust that the right people who see your vision will find you and allow you to express your creativity in the way you wish to. I truly feel blessed! It’s really a dream come true for me to be able to live and travel and just BE from all the opportunities BABOUSHKA has allowed us to have. Still blown away by how much has happened in the last year alone - taking today to look back at everything we have accomplished is … insane! In this last year alone, we’ve had the opportunity to cater for brands like @publicisluxe @hennessy @dicefm @amiparis @drycleanonlymagazine @carollparis to only name a few.. We’ve continued working with amazing production companies like @rumeurparis and @kitten_production who we’re forever grateful to Not to forget the 2nd year in a row setting up and running a food stand with @giegling at @wakinglife.pt with a whopping 47 (🤯) volunteers… Working with 2 interns @mmr_1911 & Ambre who helped revamp the artistic direction of the brand, to bring to life the full identity of BABOUSHKA To releasing the first of many BABOUSHKA CONVERSATIONS independent with @ood.capuche & @lareaparis produced by the wonderful @cholepolki To also travelling and doing food design events between Paris and Lisboa, Portugal - and getting requests for jobs elsewhere Honestly… just thank you! This is only the beginning… and what a journey it’s been already! We can’t wait to share more with you all in the coming years (I promise you there is already a lot in the works) LOVE! 🪆 BABOUSHKA 🪆
