POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This upcoming Saturday, we’re doing our 5th stream! And if you’re still confused about what this is and why we’re doing it, let me explain.

You know we’re very transparent and honest about what we do at ESO. Streaming is simply the next step.
You’re not just getting a little peek behind the scenes. You’re actually THERE with us. Cooking, laughing, dancing, joking around, and having fun. You’re not just watching the team. You’re becoming a part of it.

We’re taking the concept of an “open kitchen” to the next level. We have nothing to hide. What you see is what’s really happening. No scripts, no staging, no pretending to be someone we’re not.

This is where we get to be ourselves, show our personalities, and introduce you to the people behind your favorite pasta. You get to know our team, hear their stories, and feel connected to the people who make your food.

We’re giving you the opportunity to watch your order being made in real time. To experience our busiest nights, talk to us, joke with us, and see what restaurant life REALLY looks like.

For five hours straight, you’re part of ESO.
You’re there when we push through the madness of a busy service. You’re there for our after-service meeting. You’re there when we clean up, wind down, and even work out after our shift.
We want you to understand on a deeper level what we’re building, why we do what we do, and what it takes to make ESO happen every single day.

It’s like watching Food Network, except it’s REAL. 😂

Nothing is cut, staged, or planned. Things go wrong. We get tired. We laugh. We get stressed. We figure it out and keep going.

This is the ESO SHOW, and we’re the main characters.
And from now on, I’ll be referring to every stream as an EPISODE, because that’s exactly what we’re creating: our own reality cooking show!
Because we don’t just want you to see our food. We want you to experience our world.

So come hang out with us!

Behind the line with @matt_moore704: our CDC, resident 🐐, and recent @ncrlachefshowdown competitor. Selected alongside the state’s top culinary talent reflects the passion Matt brings to our kitchen.

He’ll tell you to get the Berkshire pork chop without hesitation, because it’s “comforting, smoky, tender, intentional.”

This chop showcases how our team cooks: “sourcing exceptional ingredients, treating them with respect, and letting the quality speak for itself,” says Matt.
