Wellness Wednesday, but make it a throwback ✨

What a beautiful day of movement, healing, creativity, connection, and community. 🤍✨

Our Women’s Wellness Retreat was created to give women a space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, pour back into their own cup, and grow alongside other women doing the same.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible people who poured their time, energy, and gifts into making this experience what it was. 🫶🏽

💪🏽 Huge thank you to @liftwithlinn for leading our Fitness Flow and bringing the energy.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Thank you to @tabs.archivee for guiding us through our Yoga Flow and helping everyone reconnect with their bodies and breath.

🎨 Thank you to @ericas.explanations for leading our Expressive Art experience and creating a space for creativity, reflection, and self-expression.

✨ Thank you to @getithowyoulove for providing Reiki healing and bringing such peaceful, restorative energy to the retreat.

💆🏽‍♀️ Thank you to @unchangingnaturaltherapy for providing massage therapy and giving our women another opportunity to truly relax and receive.

And thank you to every woman who showed up willing to be present, vulnerable, connect, laugh, move, heal, and experience something different with us. 🤍

This is what Party With A Purpose is all about. Creating experiences that go beyond simply getting together and actually leave people feeling better than when they arrived.

Recharge. Realign. Rise together. ✨

And this is only the beginning. 🌱

Some things aren’t meant to be carried forever.

Fear. Guilt. Self doubt. Old stories. Relationships. Expectations. The version of yourself that no longer aligns with who you’re becoming.

Healing doesn’t always look like sitting in silence. Sometimes it looks like choosing to let go.

Here’s to releasing what no longer serves us and making room for everything we’re meant to become. 🤍

What are you choosing to let go of?

This is one of those days I’ll never forget. 🥹🤍

Our first Women’s Wellness Retreat was filled with healing, movement, vulnerability, laughter, creativity, and genuine connection. Watching so many women show up for themselves and each other reminded me exactly why we do this.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this day possible:

🧘‍♀️ @tabs.archivee for leading such a beautiful Guided Meditation & Yoga Workshop.
💪 @liftwithlinn for an incredible Fitness Flow that got us moving and empowered.
🎨 @ericas.explanations for creating such a meaningful Expressive Art Workshop.
✨ @getithowyoulove for offering Reiki Healing and holding such a calming space.
💆‍♂️ @unchangingnaturaltherapy for providing Massage Therapy and helping everyone relax and recharge.

A special thank you to our sponsors:
🤍 @JXMRESEARCHLABS
🤍 @JAMSWELLNESS
🤍 @OBSIDIANINTELLIGENCEAI

And to @partywithapurpose.official for bringing this vision to life and creating a space where women could reconnect with themselves and build meaningful community.

To every woman who trusted us enough to spend the day with us… thank you. You are what made this experience so special. This is only the beginning. 🤍✨

Still smiling after this one. 🥹💙✨

Seeing so many people come together to move, meditate, dance, connect, and simply be present with one another was something truly special.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate my 2 years of sobriety and helped create such an incredible atmosphere. The love, energy, and support in the room were unforgettable.

Huge thank you to @levelabovefitness, @beforeandaftersoundlab, @jxmresearchlabs, @getithowyoulove, @theaydenfranco, @oliviaquintero_, @itzb3nn, and everyone who helped make this event possible.

This community continues to amaze me, and I can’t wait to share what’s next. 💙
