For too long I’ve tried growing up too quickly into an “adult” only to get to the very end of my rope. To be brought low to the one place where the Lord can be my Father, in a way that I could be His kid.

Two of my pastors have had, or are having kids, and I’ve realized. There’s a joy, there’s a joy written on a father’s face when they can hold and care for the fullness of their love.

“Meanwhile we groan, longing to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling, because when we are clothed, we will not be found naked.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭2‬-‭3‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Jesus delights in you, longs to dress you, prays for you, and wants to hold your little hand again.

youth camp 26’ // awaken 🕊️

there are moments with the Lord that leave you without words and completely undone, where the only response is worship. being a laid down lover of His presence.

this week, Jesus revealed more of Himself to me and showed me my need for Him. my deep need of Him. and only Him. i encountered the living God. I MET THE MAN. we met the man.

Jesus is no longer just part of my life, He is my everything. He alone satisfies, He alone sustains, and He alone is worthy of my whole heart.

i’m so grateful for leaders like @mannyjgonzalez_ and @_masonwest_ whose faithfulness continually points us straight towards the Father.

forever awakened. forever marked by His glory.
