Dave Lee, PBL Mocap Record Holder, ripping up to 96 and filling up the Zone in his Mocap Pen the other day thanks to an electric showing by some of our HS guys ⚡️🔥

Up 2 MPH from his previous Mocap, Dave has attacked better transfer of force and lead leg patterning, allowing for a bump in mechanical efficiency and improved energy transfer 📈💪

Looking to get better this winter? Reach out to myself or @mocktrains to get scheduled in for your baseline motion capture assessment!

What sets @pittsburghbaseballlab apart from other facilities isn’t the technology alone.

It’s the world class coaches who:

📈 integrate tech into actionable plans
⚾️ have experience playing/coaching @ the highest level
🦾 care about our athletes and ride for them through the ⬆️’s and ⬇️’s
🤝 maintain meaningful connections with organizations, teams, and coaches around the country

We don’t guess — we’ve lived it, trained it, executed it, and are committed to continually improving for our athletes.

No better time to get started than today 🧪
