PROUD OF WHAT WE HAVE BUILT 🔥💪🏾

At Ronin we celebrate every performance, and every effort made by our staff and athletes to be that little bit better everyday.

Backing each other up is something we do best and there was no hesitation when we asked for 10-15 of us to register for this comp. 28 of us signed up and a few friends too.

We wanted to say a massive thank you to the coaches @kdotspeed @mrbigfriday @thicc__astley @scream_and_jerk @julzylim @julzylim 😊 They ran the back room for each session like a well oiled machine and got our athletes, a few friends and some who did not come with a coach, ready to lift.

@da.real.krys for organising us over the weekend

We came home with several PBs, fears conquered and medals in half the groups on the day.

We won 2 out of the 4 womens groups and one of the mens.

3 x 🥇

2 x 🥈

3 x 🥉

We could not have done it without it being a joint effort from everyone supporting each other.
