Building a winning culture on the court and in life, takes a village. We don’t just develop athletes; we develop young men. And we do it together, by committee, because no one person builds a champion. It’s forever WE OVER ME. US OVER EVERYTHING. ONE TRIBE. ONE STANDARD. #TheWarriorWay #WeOverMe #OneTribeOneStandard

Attention All Artists! Who is under the influence of a detrimental mindset, still perpetuating harmful lyrics about superficial topics, destructive behaviors, and senseless violence, or are you focused on meaningless reality TV? Are you trapped in a cycle of self-destruction, perhaps due to vanity or an obsession with material success? Sadly, many have a mindset programmed for failure. Or maybe it's a false sense of spirituality, claiming to be religious but unable to positively impact others or oneself. Are you hiding from reality, using substances or distractions to cope? Whatever it is, it's time to face reality. Let's refocus before it's too late. We're not waiting for divine intervention; God empowers us to overcome challenges. Weak talk is not from a positive source. Rise up or be left behind. I'm calling on artists who are passionate about creating music with a purpose. Let's come together to record a song that addresses the current state of emergency and encourages our community. We can use a cover or original song, but the focus must be on the message. Music is a gift, and it's up to us to use it to make a difference. If you're committed to using your talent for good, let's connect and create something special. If you have studio access, please mention it. Time is of the essence, so don't delay. Let's work together to create something meaningful in Jesus' name. Mention a talented artist who understands the power of purposeful music.

The Capital City National Showcase was more than an event — it was a reminder of how far this journey with basketball has taken me. From every gym, every sideline, every late-night planning session, this game has introduced me to some of the most incredible people. And that’s the real blessing. This weekend wasn’t just about competition. It was about a team of talented, dedicated individuals coming together to build something special for the city. The work, the energy, the execution — none of it happens without the amazing group behind the scenes. I’m grateful for every person who played a role in making CCNS what it was. And then there’s @drethemayor In all the years I’ve worked events, held roles, and carried responsibilities, I’ve never had someone truly see me — see my skill set, my passion, my eye for the details, my ability to strategize, create, lead, and execute — and then trust me enough to let me operate at my highest level with no limits. Dre, your belief in me changed everything. Your superpower is spotting talent and bringing the right people together, and you did that here in the most powerful way. Thank you for giving me space to be who I am, for trusting my voice, and for pushing me to step fully into what I do best. This partnership is different. This bond is different. People say that you’re DretheMayor… but after seeing how you move, how you lead, and how you make things happen for this city, I get it. You really are. Here’s to the work. Here’s to the growth. And here’s to the people who make the journey worth it. @capitalcitynationalshowcase 2025 — we did that, shorty. 🤝🏽🏀✨ 📸: @lachell_a_photography
