🏈 Game Day Just Got a Whole Lot Tastier! 🍂

Football season calls for good food, great company, and a recipe everyone will be reaching for! 🤍

This month, Preserve resident Tommie Ruth Blackwell is sharing her delicious Game Day Sliders, a fun twist on the classic Cuban sandwich!

Think Hawaiian rolls loaded with savory ham, slow-cooked pulled pork, melted Swiss cheese, and pickles, all topped with buttery garlic and Everything Bagel seasoning. 😍

Whether you’re hosting a tailgate, gathering with friends, or enjoying a cozy football Saturday at home, these sliders are sure to be a crowd favorite!

🏡 A Bold Beginning in Bradbury Crest! ✨

Some homes are meant to make a statement, and this one certainly does! 🤍

This month, we’re stepping inside the beautiful home of Brocks Gap residents Joey Brown and Kenneth Smith, who aren’t afraid to think outside the box when it comes to design!

From their dramatic Urban Bronze exterior to soaring 26-foot ceilings and 19 stunning windows, every detail brings together the perfect mix of traditional charm and contemporary style.

And the best part? Joey and Kenneth chose their lot before they could even walk it! Talk about trusting the vision! 👏

Now, they’re enjoying their beautiful new home, making memories, and watching their Bradbury Crest neighborhood grow around them.

🎃 Meet the Smith Family! 🍂

Halloween is serious business in the Smith household, and we’re here for it! 👻

Meet Blake, Caroline, Harrison, Parker, and Olivia, a Lake Wilborn family who knows how to make the most of spooky season!

From nightly golf cart rides to admire the neighborhood’s Halloween decorations to Parker’s ever-changing superhero costumes, there’s never a dull moment with the Smith crew. And when it comes to decorating, Blake goes all out so much so that Caroline lovingly calls him the family’s Clark Griswold! 😂

Beyond the costumes and holiday fun, the Smiths love raising their three little ones in a neighborhood filled with family, friendship, and community. Blake is also a local business owner and proud Stroll Preferred Partner through his business, Blake Smith State Farm, where he continues to serve and support the community he calls home!🤍

📖 Get to know the Smith family in the October issue of Stroll Brocks Gap!

✨ The Thoughtful Home: The Architecture of Atmosphere 🏡

A beautiful home is about more than what you see. It’s about how it makes you feel. 🤍

In Septembers The Thoughtful Home, Preserve resident Cheryl Reitz shares how the little details, from soft lighting and familiar scents to music and meaningful moments, come together to create a welcoming atmosphere.

As Cheryl beautifully puts it, “Architecture creates the rooms. Atmosphere creates the memories.”
Because at the end of the day, the most beautiful homes aren’t just designed to be seen, but to be felt. ✨

Coming soon! ✨💫🙏🏼

it was exactly 12 years ago today that God, quite literally opened a door for me, and my little Studio “BOMA” was born. I’ll never get over it!

I’m still in AWE that it’s been 12 years. It’s seems like ✌🏼 most of the time. But here I am and walking into something new again. So hang on to your seats, we’re gonna ride.

I’m telling stories of how so many things came to be and how every detail came together. I can’t wait to share it all with you!

Hugs,
Kerri

My latest ‘The Thoughtful Home’ article is out in the August issue of STROLL The Preserve. “Summer Isn’t a Destination” began with a simple thought…what if the feeling we travel so far to find has been waiting just outside our own back doors.

For my friends who don’t receive STROLL, I’m sharing the article here so you can read along.

Perhaps summer was never a destination at all.
Perhaps it has always been a way of living.
