15 YEARS OF LIFT FOR THE KIDS 🏋️

What started as an idea to bring people together through strength and competition has turned into something that means so much more to me and my family.

For the past 15 years, athletes of all ages, experience levels, shapes and sizes have come together to compete in bench press, squat, deadlift, and our bodyweight-for-reps events — all while raising money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

A few years ago, we added a Kids Division, and watching the next generation get involved has made this event even more special.

One of my favorite parts every year is seeing experienced lifters and veterans of the sport helping someone who may be competing for the very first time — teaching technique, giving advice, cheering each other on, and creating the kind of community that this event has always been about.

And this year is going to be HUGE.

🎟️ Over $8,000 in raffle prizes
🏋️ Competitions for all ages and experience levels
❤️ All proceeds benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
📍 Fitness 19 – West Mifflin
📅 December 6, 2026
⏰ Registration 9 AM | Event starts 10 AM

You don’t have to be the strongest person in the room. You don’t even have to compete. Come out, support the athletes, grab some raffle tickets, bring the family, and be part of something that is bigger than lifting weights.

Strong people. Brighter tomorrows.

15 years later, we’re still lifting for the kids!

OLYMPIA WEEKEND 2026 | RECAP 1 🔥⚡️

What a weekend, Las Vegas!

Huge shoutout to all the friends, fans, athletes, business partners, and new faces who stopped by the Psycho Pharma booth this weekend. Safe to say, the party was definitely at Booth #1661. 😮‍💨🔥

Five years straight at the Olympia, and every year it gets bigger. We appreciate every single person who came through, grabbed some product, took some shots, and showed love to the Psycho Pharma family.

And we’re just getting started …

More from Olympia Weekend coming soon. 👀

BUILT DIFFERENT. 💪
