Squats:
1-280 ⚪️⚪️⚪️
2-295⚪️⚪️⚪️

From bombing out on squats to not even a single red 😭🙏🏾HOLYYYY squats clicked greatly hoping it carries over to training i need 340 SOOOOOON!!! Me and @theofficialbigbody legit found the formula prolly last 2-3 weeks of prep and found stance ON FRIDAY!! 💀some stories have crazy finishes

Bench:
1-200⚪️⚪️🔴(red for “upper body thrust”)
2-207.5⚪️⚪️⚪️
3-210⚪️⚪️⚪️
Bench was great except second attempt where my back cramped Bench was clicking alllll prep it cooked a lil with weight loss obvi BUT a win is a win man ill take it was good for 215-217.5 on the day fs but didnt know cause back cramped!!

Deadlifts:
1-305⚪️⚪️⚪️
2-330⚪️⚪️⚪️
3-345🔴🔴🔴 (back tightened up on me)
Deads honestly felt great genuinely great if my back didnt tighten the way it did i would have DEFINITELY grind out that 3 attempt.
