☃️🔸🔹❤️🌲Today I got a hamper from @dadimaakitchen and I got 2 bottles of aachar and 1 bottle of kaanji and it was so tastyy 🤤🤤
• Kadam Aachar
• Galgal (hill lemon)aachar
• Kaanji
While tasting the aachar I remembered how my grandma was used to make aachar.
Thank you @dadimaakitchen for sending over this hamper.
Pickles have vegetables like Kadam,Gajar,Shalgam,Mustard Seeds, Chillies which are full of nutrients

Kaanji is a pickled drink made with carrots & beetroot . Mixed with rai(mustard seeds), kept under sunlight for pickling for 5 days
It removes thirst..full of nutrition of carrots n beetroot.
Its a great source of vitamins,good for skin and overall is a immunity booster
