Hey, Dad…

You keep waiting for the big talk. It almost never comes.

What you actually have is fifteen minutes in a car with a kid who cannot leave.

Turn the radio off tomorrow morning. That is the whole assignment.

Send this to the man you know who is doing drop-off alone. Not a tag — send it to him, where he can answer you honestly.

I ain’t always sunshine and rainbow everyday. Plans don’t always connect every single day 💯 Some days, we celebrate breakthroughs 🙌🏽 and some days we learn how pick ourselves back up. ✊🏽✊🏽

This is one reason why it is important to show up consistently. 🎯

Wanted 8 but had to swallow a humble pill 🙏🏽 We’ll this 3 to the bank and we’ll hit 8 another day ✊🏽✊🏽

The last time I had a barbell squat session was April 20th 2024. That was little over 13 months ago because of the gout attack I had on my knee 😏

Today is my first day back - the day I get back on this bike and find out where my starting point is. I must say, that I am pretty stoked about the result 🙏🏽🙌🏽

Front squats today because I have zero shoulder mobility and I cannot yet hold the barbell for the back squat. 🤦🏽‍♂️ That will coming later but today’s test run is with Front Squats. 👌🏽

Here we go!! 😤

Maxed out at 405 but here’s what led up to it 😤🔥

I’m absolutely grateful! 🙏🏽🙌🏽
