Let’s hear it for the cast and production team for both A Chorus Line and Come From Away!!! It has been such an honor to be on the artistic team for both these productions! ❤️ both shows - COMPLETELY DIFFERENT- and celebrating their own anniversaries. The beautiful art that we got to create together has been so special and the people who came together to portray deep characters, beautiful story-telling, visual design effects and more have just been fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for a better cast, crew, and artistic team! Y’all I graduated college!!! Give me some grace on how late this is but I have officially graduated from Brenau University with my Bachelors in Fine Arts in Musical Theatre and my Associates of Arts in Theatre Performance from the University of North Georgia. I’m unexplainably proud of myself but for now I’ll just say this, thank you all. My friends, my family, my professors, and everyone else I have crossed paths with in these four (five lol) years. You all have made this possible in the big and little ways. I love y’all forever. Until we meet again. Broadway Barbie out! 💗✨

I’m so beyond grateful for my time at Gainesville Theatre Alliance and for every amazing, beautiful soul I’ve met since coming to Brenau. You all have shaped me, challenged me, and filled my life with memories I’ll carry forever.

Even though I’m transferring, the impact this community has had on me is something I’ll never forget. Thank you for the laughter, the growth, and the love. This isn’t the end—just a new chapter.

The Play That Goes Wrong - Dennis Tyde

It seems as I have about reached the halfway point of my college career in the Gainesville Theatre Alliance. This is easily my favorite role I have played in college, as well as my most challenging one. I am so grateful for being able to put as much honesty as I could into a character like Dennis, and I really don’t think I will get an opportunity like this for a good while. I’m also super grateful for all of the fun, hilarious, heartwarming, memories of this show, as well as how much I have learned from this show and how I can apply what I have learned. I also want to thank every single member of the cast involved in this show. You have all made this show something special for not just me, but everyone who watched the show and everyone involved. I genuinely do not think I could have worked with a better team than you guys. All of you have put 110% and worked perfectly as a truly formidable ensemble, and it has resulted in a production that will forever hold a special place in my heart. One last thing, I want to thank Zech and Tara for believing in me and making this show and process even more amazing than it could have been.

@jonathan_sayer1 I hope I did you proud and I hope that I did Dennis as much justice as possible.
