I and my co-host, Lets Engage, had the pleasure of interviewing DaeJohn Love, a man who has recently been in the media spotlight due to someone else using an identical name. The real DaeJohn Love, who has played for the Iowa Barnstormers—a professional indoor football team based in Des Moines, Iowa—is completely separate from the con artist #daejonlove falsely claiming to be an NFL player for the San Francisco #49ers. This impostor recently filmed a staged contract signing video to deceive people into believing he was affiliated with the 49ers and used this false identity to promote fake sponsorship opportunities, targeting vulnerable women and agencies. Meanwhile, the genuine DaeJohn Love lives a grounded life as a father, husband, and advocate for a healthy lifestyle. Due to a simple misspelling in Google searches, the real DaeJohn Love has unintentionally gained media attention. In our interview, he shares his perspective on the situation and hopes that this unwanted notoriety can be turned into something positive. He wants people to recognize the real him—not the con artist—and emphasizes the importance of exposing frauds and being cautious about who you trust in your life.Catch this exclusive episode on my YouTube channel, airing September 9, 2026, at 3 PM Central Time. This is a game-day episode you definitely don’t want to miss! #goattalk #daejohnlove #gameday f
