New on First Things First: “It Must Have Been Love.” ✨ Check out Nava’s new piece, a reflection on love, transition, and what it really takes to let go, and grow. Training with Coach David Hughes has completely transformed the way Nava approaches squash, not just technically, but mentally. The piece explores how we carry old versions of ourselves, how we long for what once was, and how courage shows up when it’s time to move forward.
