Morning Eurostar direct to Rotterdam. My son’s note as my bookmark (I’m pretty sure he meant “butt” and not something more existential). Reading the truly superb Martyr! by Kaveh Akbar. Shadows at Rotterdam Central made me smile because we’ll be doing plenty of Shadow work this weekend. Wonderful. Daisy. Stairs so steep they make me laugh. A stroll. A windmill. A beer (not pictured). Home to bed.

It’s only the second ever course of Lucid Body to be offered in The Netherlands. So it takes a real community of people to spread the word and signpost this work to others they think will click with the Lucid Body process and our worldwide community of artists. #spreadtheword #theatre #netherlandstheater #rotterdamactors #lucidbody

This winter brought me love. It gave me a taste of freedom. Opened my eyes and showed me there are friends in the strangest of places. I didn’t think I’d be having lunch with people from basically every country but then I suddenly was. Looking at these photos i remember the love and joy that was pouring out of me. Leaving a trail of hope where I walked. These photos are proof that there is a world of love and happiness just across the Hudson. I can never be thankful enough that the universe put me there in the Winter. I can never be thankful enough that I was shown what the world looks like in Technicolor, even if it was short lived. Because now I know that’s what I want again.
