“Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”

‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6‬:‭8‬-‭9‬

Wrapped up my collegiate XC career at nationals this past weekend, and I couldn’t have imagined a more meaningful way to end this chapter. We exceeded the goals, but the real win was the team we became. What we built this season was rare, real, and something I’ll carry with me.

I’m deeply grateful for every teammate and coach who has shaped my journey, but this year’s team was different. I’ve never felt this much belief, love, and loyalty from a group of people. Running might be an individual sport, but this season we didn’t line up for ourselves—we lined up for each other. And that changed everything.

I’m incredibly proud of how we stayed locked in, how we fought through the hard days, and how we celebrated the big moments.
Thank you, cross country, for teaching me that I can get through literally anything.

See you on the track. Bisou 💙
