🎙️ Welcome to How’d You Sleep?

The question that starts our day… and somehow always turns into a conversation about everything else.

We’re Kai & Ashton — lifelong best friends who somehow ended up having our babies just three days apart. Now we’re figuring out motherhood, marriage, life in our 20s, and all the random rabbit holes in between — together.

Every episode starts with one thing: how’d you sleep? Then we check in on life, share our birth stories, go down a few rabbit holes, talk about our weekly finds, and end with a little something to take with you.

✨ Our first episode drops October 29th at 11am!

Consider this your invitation to join us on the couch, grab your coffee, and tell us…

How’d you sleep? 🎙️💤

This year, I’m the same age you were when you had me and one day my daughter will be the same age I was when you left this earth, I can’t help but wonder what that day will feel like. From here on every birthday will comes with the thought of what you were doing at my new age and how much I wish I could see you grow old. All I can think about today is how good of a grandma you would’ve been and how excited you always were for this chapter in my life. I miss you more than anything but especially today, happy birthday mommy, thanks for sending me my little girl 💓

May has been anything but an easy month after receiving yet another health scare but it has also had such beautiful times, including my first Mother’s Day, maternity photos, and lots of pretty flowers (and STORM obviously) 💐
