Something that @rugbycanada Women’s National team doesn’t shy away from?

MAKING HISTORY 🔥💜

Not only does the team break England’s 41-game undefeated streak, but also goes on to gather the largest crowd for a women’s rugby game in North America, with a total attendance of 18,621 spectators 🤯

This tremendous statement is not only a huge win for Canadian Women’s Rugby, but is also an extraordinary win for empowering the next generation of women and girls in sport.

When female athletes have the opportunity to watch and cheer on other female athletes, they get to visualize what their future can look like: They can visualize a future of playing professionally, enjoying sports with their teammates, or even coaching at the highest level.

This is what it’s all about – and we are immensely proud of @rugbycanada for leading the way 👏

Because every girl deserves the next level 📈

Despite every visible or invisible barrier, every single woman and girl deserves the chance to participate in sport.

To compete in the highest level. To attend tournaments. To travel for games without worrying about the cost. To gain necessary skills and development tools. To become the athlete she’s always dreamt of becoming.

This is what drives us at Level Up – the ability to help women and girls thrive in their sports and continue to break down barriers.
