Private sessions are a different experience. Your teacher’s eyes are on you the whole time — whether you’re brand new to Pilates or you’ve been practising for years. That’s when the method really starts to make sense. #pilates121 #matpilates #classicalpilates #privatepilates

🔥 SOLO DAY 🔥 High Chair. Baby Chair. Reformer. One body, three beasts — and every single one demands your full attention. The High Chair locks you in and shows you exactly what’s missing. The Baby Chair looks innocent until it humbles you in two seconds flat. The Reformer ties it all together and leaves no stone unturned. That’s the beauty of a solo: the system works as one. Each piece pushes you differently, but it’s always YOU doing the work. I’ll never stop shouting this from the rooftops — the chairs are 🔑. They strip it back, expose the truth, and build real strength where you need it most. #ContrologyFreak #PilatesChairs #ClassicalPilates #JosephPilates

We love getting out from behind the screen and into your practice 👣💚 There’s just something about being there in person - hearing the buzz of the team, seeing how patients are welcomed, and noticing those small details that bring your brand to life. It’s the kind of insight you can’t get from a Zoom call…and it can make all the difference to how you grow 📈 If you’d like us to pop by, you can book straight into our diary via the 🔗 in our bio 📲 No faff, no pressure, just a fresh perspective on what’s working and what could work even better ✅

🤩🤩🤩 A minute for Daisy, please! Daisy is the perfect example of a spray tan taking you as dark as your natural skin tone will allow. Daisy is naturally very olive skinned, so I sprayed her with Sienna X 10%. This is a medium shade tan, but look how deep her tan is! I am naturally very pale, so a medium tan on me wouldn't have this same effect. It absolutely matters where you start from! #siennaxtan #mobilespraytans #spraytanbirmingham #mobilespraytanbirmingham #glowelletanningbirmingham #glowgetter
