Had a regional meeting today in my old stomping grounds, Katy ISD. I was filled with excitement since I got to catch up with my fam while there. Love those folks to bits, and seeing them was the cherry on top of my day! The only drawback was I couldn’t connect with all of them! #fam #sisters4life #mypeople🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

I am truly grateful for my village. One the hardest weekends of my life. Heartfelt thank you to my family, framily, sorority sisters, and friends who showed up to my father’s home going celebration in person or online. Thank you to my Pilgrim Journey Baptist Church family and my amazing Pastor Robert Simpson for honoring my father in such a way that I’m sure he would have been happy.

I’m in awe and humbled by my stoic and strong mother. Her strength and never wavering spirit of being by my fathers side until his last breath showed me what it looks like when you say the vows “ and in sickness and health richer or poorer … til death do us part. 59 years mom. Well done 👏🏽😘 and of course my rock , my husband. Who has been in the cut holding me and consoling me when I needed or will need to continue to break down. I wasn’t able to get a picture of everyone present but know I saw and felt your presence.

We may cry for a night, but joy comes in the morning. I know that my father is with me and when it is our time the good Lord will return me to the dirt from which I came from. For now I must press on and be thankful that I was afforded with 44 years with an amazing dad. I just need to keep pushing , smiling, and making him proud of me and fulfilling my legacy, his legacy. He would want that. I find comfort in knowing if I do what I’m supposed to do I pray I will see my loved ones again in paradise. Thank you all for the cards, plants, wind chimes, wooden candle remembrance (Matt Mouton), phone calls, texts and condolences of encouragement. Love all of you. Please enjoy my video tribute in honor of my father. He lived 82 years of life full of love.😘 #grateful #Wilsonlegacy #foreveryourbabygirl💞

Great workout at F45 today with my workout peeps. We were hungry after workout and the owner of Pizza Cucinova-Cypress happened to be outside and greeted us. When we mentioned that we were trying to eat healthy and a pizza joint probably wouldn’t be the smart choice because we just got done working out. Boy were we wrong. He took the time to explain the multiple healthy options open at Pizza Cucinova and allowed us to sample the Mediterranean salad with salmon. It was delicious. The staff was very attentive and I highly recommend this place. We will be going back. #thankyoupizzacucinova #healthyoptions #pizzacucinovacypress #A++customerservice #f45bridgeland #thanksZeb💜
