📍Milwaukee, Part 1. This summer I started graduate school at UWM! It’s something I’ve wanted to do for so many years, and the timing was finally right. Grateful to be on this journey and can’t wait to see how my butt gets kicked next semester 🤣

Birthday dinner with the UWM MFA cohort! Dalia gave us all cards and gifts because she’s our unofficial dance mom and is always taking care of us.

Closing out WEEK 2️⃣ with a potluck taco bar! Such a privilege to learn from @ishyundre and @maria_gillespie108. The amount of dancing, reading, and freedom to explore is unreal. Plus, I experienced my first ever drumming workshop! @uwmdance is a special place 🫶🏻

Week one ☑️ This first week of grad school has felt like the warmest hug. So excited to have this opportunity to learn, explore, choreograph, and perform among this incredible group of artists and teachers. Thank you Jan Erkert for sharing your pedagogical genius with us! Feeling so inspired 🫶🏻

Clearly I’ve been trying to hold off on my last regionals post! LAST REGIONALS EVER!! I don’t know where I would be today without my second family @dynamic_movements.va . It has definitely been a journey of great success and memories to live on forever. I can’t thank my amazing team enough for the continuous support and love that I have received! And thank you @dal_sal for this wonderful gift of a solo that you have trusted me with, what a lovely reminder that “Everything must change”!
