Every facial you’ve had before probably skipped the area causing 90% of your tightness…

Your SCM. 🙌

When I release your jaw internally and your neck externally, the whole face lifts, softens, and decompresses—giving you a contoured look, and a TON of relief 👏

This is what a real sculpting facial should look like ✨

There’s a reason I begin every Buccal Facial Treatment with lymphatic drainage and massage through the neck and shoulders.

Before we sculpt, we need to prepare the tissues we’re working with.

1️⃣ First, lymphatic drainage helps move excess fluid away from the face, reducing puffiness and revealing more natural definition. Starting my treatment with lymphatic drainage opens the lymph nodes and drainage pathways to give all that stagnant fluid somewhere to go.

2️⃣ Next, I release muscular tensions within the neck and shoulders. The face, jaw, neck, and shoulders are interconnected, and chronic tension in these areas can negatively affect facial posture, movement, and the way our features appear.

While we cannot hope to lift the facial muscles unless we release the tension pulling downward on those muscles—it’s important to remember that facial aging is more complex than muscular tension alone.

Changes in collagen, elastin, and facial volume also contribute to sagging. That’s why we also address those concerns through appropriate skincare and professional treatments like microneedling and chemical peels (treatments that give you cell turnover).

We cannot rely on one treatment to address every aspect of facial aging.

Meaningful, lasting results require us to look at the bigger picture: the skin at a cellular level, the lymphatic system, the fascia, and the underlying musculature.

Because each of these areas contribute to the overall appearance of your face, and how it will age, understanding how these structures and processes work together allows us to treat your skin with intention.

It’s not about doing more. It’s about addressing what your skin actually needs, at every level. 👏✨

Are you ready to get real results?👇

Your face is more than skin. So why would we treat it like it isn’t?

As a Master Massage Therapist and Aesthetician in Scottsdale, Arizona, I’ve built my approach around treating the face at every level.

My results-driven approach includes pairing Buccal Massage Therapy and medical-grade treatments like Chemical peels and Microneedling, as well as building customized skincare routines for my clients to get their skin to the NEXT LEVEL✨

What you see in the mirror on the surface level is only one piece of the puzzle. 🙌

Genetics. Hormones. Lifestyle. Stress. Chronic holding patterns. The products you use (or don’t use). How efficiently your body moves lymph. Muscles that are overworked and holding tension, and others that may need more stimulation and tone…

It all matters.

Buccal massage allows me to work both externally and inside the mouth, giving me access not only to the larger facial muscles, but the smaller, deeper structures that are difficult to address from the outside alone.

We can encourage lymphatic drainage. Release unnecessary tension. Work with facial musculature and tone. Address chronic patterns of holding. Then pair that work with treatments designed to support the skin itself like collagen, elastin, texture, tone, pigment and overall skin function.

Think about caring for your body: you can eat well without exercising, or exercise without paying much attention to nutrition, and either one can move you in the right direction. But when you bring the pieces together, they support one another, and that’s where you stop coasting, and start making a b-line toward real results.

You are a whole person, and I believe your skincare and treatment regimen should treat you like one.

The goal isn’t simply to make your skin look better for a day. It’s to look at all the pieces that may be standing between you and the skin you’ve been dreaming of✨

Gray blending is about working with your gray instead of covering every strand. 🤍

By strategically placing highlights and lowlights, I soften the contrast between your gray and your natural color. Your gray becomes part of the dimension, making it look more like a highlight.

The goal is a softer grow-out with less of that noticeable line at the roots. It still requires maintenance, but your appointments can look a little different than traditional gray coverage.

You don’t have to choose between covering it all and letting it all go. There’s a beautiful in-between.
