Today I hosted the second Gather + Trade event and words cannot even begin to express my deepest gratitude for everyone who participated 🥹

The first event was hard to beat, especially with having some people returning; but I truly believe this one was even more magical than the last! ✨

After discussing with everyone today I’ll be hosting another Summer edition Gather + Trade event for Sunday, August 16th ☀️

If a Sunday filled with amazing trades, good energy, laughter and delicious snacks is your vibe be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the next application form 📝

Thank you SO much to everyone who came and helps contribute to my little Hex + Harvest Dream, I truly couldn’t do it without you all 😭🥲

Our most recent member of the month is one of the most inspiring, positive, resilient women we know. Her smile lights up a room and her dedication is simply amazing. She’s been on a self-discovery mission for a long time and joined 30 Minute Hit a year and a half ago. She has ups and downs like most of us, but she always bounced back and never gives up. We’re so proud of you Dale! Keep rocking that circuit xoxo

Whether you already reached your goal, you’re a couple of stickers short or you’re nowhere close, NEVER QUIT! Think of the BIG PICTURE GOAL of health & strength. One day at a time. One workout at a time. Being consistent and focusing on yourself for 30 minutes is what’s most important. You can do it! 💪🏻 .
