IT’S A WRAP! Two delicious nights with the incredible @adeenasussman as we celebrated her book Sababa and her journey in food. We talked, gathered, laughed, created beautiful new friendships and memories, but most importantly had SO MUCH FUN! Thank you Adeena for bringing your generosity, warmth, magic and gifts into our kitchen. SABABAFEST is in our hearts forever. .
.
A huge thank you to everyone who walked through our doors this week and to all those who helped make our evenings seemless and delicious, including @medcuisineg for incredible tahini and spices, @scarletandviolet, @danieleziaco, @phoebejosephs, @dali.thinks and everyone who supported us along the way.

‘Bosphorus Cymbal Masters’

In the outskirts of Istanbul, Bosphorus Cymbals operate a factory where drum cymbals are made by hand using traditional methods dating back to the Ottoman Empire. Bosphorus Cymbal’s indisputable reputation precedes them and were even selected as the official cymbals for the film ‘Whiplash’. Not only does Bosphorus Cymbals create specialised bespoke hand crafted cymbals, but it is also home to a group of individuals of all ages and different backgrounds, working together, sharing problems and growing as individuals; striving through difficult times in their lives aspiring to become ‘cymbal masters’.

Finally, it's time to announce this! Some while ago, we have been contacted by a group of passionate artists about shooting a short documentary at Bosphorus Cymbals factory. They brought the highest tech equipment here and filmed our work for several days. We have waited a long time to hear back from them to watch the film after their editing. And the result is literally insane!!! Ladies and Gentleman, we are proud to introduce you #BosphorusCymbalMasters

You can watch the film at this link -> https://vimeo.com/336746387

It will be participating in important film festivals around the World and we are sure will win many awards. We thank to @dali.thinks, @rickymundo_, @tafbal and @balsoundlondon for choosing #BosphorusCymbals for this Project. It’s a great honor.
