200 Lagree classes later..

I’m healthier, I’m stronger, and I’m really sore. To all of @pilatesplusla & the amazing coaches, thank you for making me stronger. I can always count on @dalik24 for the shakes & making sure I stay committed because I like to disappear for weeks or months at a time 😂❤️

100 classes complete. 1 year in the books. Plenty of $25 late cancel fees. When I first started my Lagree journey I was everything but fine. Over the last year I’ve become so much stronger not just physically but mentally too. I fought for my life in every single class up to this one and I’m still fighting just with extra springs! @pilatesplusla is a Godsend & all the amazing coaches have encouraged me to push through but really really slow. Some days I’m advanced and other days I’m just a beginner.. Cheers to 100 more classes & then some. Special shout out to Dalida, Fernanda, Bailey, Carolyn, Crystal & Betty - All of you have made me stronger & I’m forever grateful❤️ @lagreefitness #lagree #lagreemethod
