Meet the tripletail.

They get their name from the way their dorsal, anal, and tail fins line up and look like three tails. They’ll float on their side near buoys and debris, playing dead like a leaf until your bait gets close. Then it’s game on, and they’re some of the gnarliest and best eating on the Texas coast.

North Idaho doesn’t give up its spoils easy! But it dang sure is sweet when it does. So much has gone into elk hunting for me. I have lost bulls, missed opportunities, had my body not cooperate. You name it I have felt it since my first elk hunt in 2023. I shot a bull in Utah that wasn’t recovered until after I left. That feeling of walking up on a bull I just had to have. More than anything I prayed on this season harder than ever. My homie @capt_nate_weber and I have been steady at them since 9/8. This morning everything came together for me. Huge thanks to my friends who motivated me. My amazing wife for being so supportive. Nate you helped me pack that bitch out and I’ll never forget it. @dallashemeyer for building the baddest arrow setup money can buy. This Florida boy is going home a happy man!

Alright everyone, our Tuesday night shoots are done and I want to thank every single person that came. It was a blast! We had over 50 different people that shot and averaged around 30 a night. The shoot this Saturday will be at 9 AM. After that we will have lunch and draw for the prizes. Everything is free on Saturday as a customer appreciation day. You don't have to be present to win but we really hope you can make it! @shane_jones_00 The crappie man himself will be providing us lunch!
