Showing the process of how I break down big jumps and conquer my fear 🔥🌸
.
1 - DONT stand around just visualising the jump, actively put yourself into the mindset of preparing to do the jump

2 - BREAK IT DOWN do similar movements in less risky situations to understand exactly what will happen when you finally commit. Prepare for success.

3 - KNOW WHEN TO PUSH not everyday will be your best, i looked at this jump a week before I did it after a long training session. I rested for a week and came back fresh. Sometimes it’s okay to come back later (Just don’t make it a bad habit)

4 - SEND IT when there are no more preps to complete and you have successfully done everything you can to prepare, you have no real reason not to do it. Take a breath and commit to it. I told myself “I’m not coming down from this wall until I jump”
