July was a month we did and saw it all. Family, chosen family, more miles, all the dance moves and much more that did not fit in one album.

Every year, the Figma brand studio creates a visual identity for Config that tells a story about the creative process. This time around, we celebrated a new way of making that oscillates between the human hand and digital tools, where ideas take shape through continuous evolution and reinterpretation. At a time when anyone can make anything with polish and precision, it felt right to lean into something more opinionated and imperfect. I love how the graphics feel a little wonky and idiosyncratic, yet programmatic and clearly digital. The identity was almost a year in the making—spanning web, the keynote stage, activations, 14-foot-tall sculptures, an audio identity, and so much more. Get the full, behind-the-scenes story of how we brought Config to life on our blog. Link in bio. This year I had the honor of working on the identity for @figma’s #config2025 alongside an incredible team. Pictured: logo and some of the graphics I worked on with @leandrocastelao and @maria.chimi, and just a few of the ways my talented colleagues used the identity across the event. 💚🔸💜🟩🔻🧡🟡💙 You can read more about the Config 2025 branding on Shortcut, Figma’s blog (link in bio).
