God has been teaching me a lot of recent and this audio has a message, so listen to it.
Basically the highlight of this month was my birthday, and I'm glad it was a memorable one.

What's your highlight for the month of June?
I'd like to know.

For me it was:
- Attending a stage play
- Taking prayer seriously
- Attending Views and Vibes hosted by the Showstoppers Queen @mojibadeshow
Thank you so much ma for pampering me.
- Meeting new people
- Receiving gifts from my friends.
- Reading this heart felt letter from @dammietaless
- Hitting 80 subscribers on my newsletter. If you'd like to receive letters from me, drop your email address below and I'll add you to the mailing list.

Thank you to everyone who made this month memorable for me. More memories to be made and I'll see you in July🥰

IT’s TODAYYY!!!‼️‼️‼️

A couple of weeks ago, we took a survey in the community and found out that one too many of us are consciously and unconsciously dealing with creative burnouts.

Today at 9 in a telegram session, our community mama @shadesofgracee will be speaking to us on overcoming these burnouts. 🤗

For no reason should you miss out on this! Be there!🎉

Rest is a crucial aspect of prioritizing health. Adequate rest and sleep are essential for:

- Physical recovery and repair
- Mental rejuvenation and clarity
- Emotional regulation and resilience
- Immune system function and overall well-being

In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to overlook the importance of rest. However, neglecting rest can lead to burnout, decreased productivity, and a weakened immune system.

Remember, rest is not a luxury, but a necessity. By prioritizing rest alongside nutrition, exercise, and mental well-being, you'll be well on your way to achieving optimal health and vitality.
