Can’t believe I’ve been at Training Mate for over a year 🥹💙🇦🇺

I know every workplace likes to throw around the word “family,” but this place genuinely feels like one. I spend more time at this gym than I do pretty much anywhere else, and I genuinely love every minute of it because of the people who make it what it is.

We’re silly, loud, passionate, supportive, slightly chaotic and always taking the piss out of each other, but we really do show up for one another.

And honestly, being so far from home, there’s something really special about being surrounded by Aussies every day — it just feels like a little slice of familiarity, like a village I somehow found on the other side of the world.

I love what Training Mate stands for. Community, kindness, showing up for people and making everyone who walks through the doors feel like a mate.

Very blessed to be part of this funny little fam. Love all you LEGENDS!! 💙

Wrapping up on "Bulldogs" a crime film shot in Los Angeles. It was a genuine pleasure playing Detective Chuck Wolfe, one of the leads, alongside a brilliant cast and crew. More to come.

You can take the girl outta the Vegas pool party, but you can't take the pool party outta the girl! (Plus protein Slushies? Now that's something this old lady can still chug!)

Also, I apologize to anyone behind me who I personally offended while doing squats in a bikini. 😂 Please take up any formal complaints with @coltontran.
