Ever wonder what actually happens during a visit to Kudzu Chiropractic & Sports Rehab? 🤔👇

We don’t do cookie-cutter treatments here. Every appointment is a deep dive into how your body moves and functions. Here is a breakdown of what a typical visit looks like:

🔹 Movement Assessment: We start by watching you move to find the root cause of your restriction or pain—not just masking the symptoms.

🔹 Chiropractic Care: Precise adjustments to restore joint mobility and align your spine.

🔹 Fascia Work: Targeted soft tissue release to break up tension and get your muscles sliding and gliding smoothly again.

🔹 Advanced Therapy: Incorporating modalities like cupping to increase blood flow, relieve deep muscle tension, and speed up recovery.

Whether you’re an elite athlete or just trying to get through the workday pain-free, we build a game plan tailored to you.

Stop chasing the pain. Start fixing the movement. 🛠️✨

Ever wonder what a visit to Kudzu Chiropractic & Sports Rehab actually looks like? We don’t just crack your back and send you on your way.

Here is our exact blueprint to getting you moving better:

1️⃣ We Test Your Movement First: Before every single treatment, we analyze how your body moves to find the actual root cause of your discomfort.

2️⃣ Custom Chiro Care: Precision adjustments to get your joints moving exactly how they should.

3️⃣ Targeted Fascia Work: Releasing the tight, restricted tissue that’s holding your muscles back.

Whether you’re an athlete tracking a PR or just want to live without daily aches, we’ve got your back. (Literally.)

“At the point of maximum danger, you have the point of minimum fear.” 🪂

For years, I’ve told myself, “I’m going to skydive before I turn 30.” Not just to cross something off a bucket list—but to face fear head-on, push past doubt, and prove to myself that growth lives on the other side of discomfort.

This weekend, I finally did it. ☁️✨

And somehow, what I expected to be terrifying turned out to be one of the most peaceful, freeing, and magical experiences I’ve ever had.

For a few unforgettable minutes, nothing else mattered. Just the sky, complete presence, and overwhelming gratitude. Even better, I got to share it with some of the people I love most—a memory I’ll cherish forever.

Huge shoutout to @skydivegeorgia1 for making the entire experience feel safe, exciting, and unforgettable.

✔️ Bucket list item officially complete...Now onto the next “fuck it, we ball” decision.🤪🤘🏼

To skydive or not to skydive… well that was the question 😝

Find yourself a group of friends who all want to jump out of a plane together. They will ask you if you want to, and I strongly encourage you to say yes.

This will, without a doubt, go down as one of the greatest experiences of my life and I can’t wait to do it again!

Got to play Rock, Paper, Scissors in the sky☀️😂🎉

Spent a lot of time thinking about what this next birthday means for me…so figured I’d start my Birthday week out by voluntarily jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.

Turns out, it’s a lot less about having everything figured out, and a lot more about having the COURAGE to jump anyway!

So here’s to saying yes to the things that scare you, trusting the landing, and remembering that the best stories usually start with, “So... I did this crazy thing.” 😂✈️🎉🙌🏼✨
