👑O.G.👑

If you don’t know Didi, you will. This queen moved back from the Carolinas after a 3-year hiatus. When she came in to sign back up for auto-pay this evening, she received more buzz than when Jennifer Lawrence was here. No joke. Welcome back, @mcraedavvie!!!!!

Dear BYLB Family,

We quietly celebrated the studio's 10-year anniversary on 10/10/20 with continual gratitude for the community you have helped build! We commend you and thank you for the positive energy you offer to the studio - in person and virtually - and by staying in touch. With total transparency in operating the studio and thanks to your mindful efforts and respect for eachother's wellbeing, we have been able to continue our healing and transformative yoga practice. The past 7 months have seen all humans on Planet Earth adapt to new routines and re-
adjust all levels of their lives. It is our sincere hope that this newsletter finds you in a safe and healthy place, with support and love around you.

Eight weeks into the studio re-opening, we wish to reiterate some "Terms and Conditions" and "Protocol". These are listed in the Liability Release that you signed electronically and on our website. We kindly remind you that it is your responsibility to know and adhere to these terms. As much as we try really hard to reach out and accomodate, we invite you to practice diligence in all aspects of your studio experience.

A few important reminders :

When you sign-in for class, you have 2 choices: in-studio or virtual. Read closely. Choose carefully!
When waitlisted, please check your email/text frequently to see if you have made it in ito class. If you get in, you must confirm that you will attend. If you do not confirm, your spot may be given to the next student on the waitlist. If you received a text, reply Y or N (not Yes/No). If you received an email, please text the studio at 516-442-3261 to confirm that you will/will not attend. Our BYLB App (bikram yoga lbny) is the easiest way to navigate your class reservations/cancellations.
As stated in our previous newsletter, the studio is operating at 33% capacity, i.e. 13 students per class. WE NEED 13 STUDENTS PER CLASS to remain viable! Our cancellation policy was updated in mid-September from 4hrs notice to 12hrs to allow the many waitlisted students to join AM and PM classes. If you cancel late or do not show for class, your credit card is automatically charged a $20 fee.
Increasingly, stude
